Lucky Ladd Farms retains all rights to approve or deny applying organizations to this program. Lucky Ladd Farms retains all rights to control admission to the Farm and confers no rights, stated or implied, to the fundraising organization.
Lucky Ladd Farms does not guarantee any minimum payment. Payments are made only for tickets pre-purchased and tracked through our online ticketing system. Coupon codes are NOT valid or trackable at the gate. Payments from ticket sales will be made after November 15, 2013.
Your group may begin promoting ticket pre-sales immediately. Tickets to visit Lucky Ladd Farms are valid for the 2013 season, March 29th - November 1, during public business hours only as listed on the website www.LuckyLaddFarms.com. Lucky Ladd Farms is weather dependent and all ticket holders are subject to changes in hours due to inclement weather.
Applying organizations agree to follow the basic marketing plan for the FUNdraising program including, but not limited to: Emailing group members, sharing on the organizations social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., and sending notes home with students or group members. Applying organizations understand that success of the program depends COMPLETELY on how many people the group reaches in its effort to promote the program.
Applying organizations are not allowed to post promotional codes directly on Lucky Ladd Farms Facebook or Twitter pages.
As the representative of the applying organization, I understand the terms and conditions above and agree to them. I understand that this is NOT a legally binding contract, but a statement of intent to work together for mutual benefit.
