HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU NEED FOR A TEAM?
We require a minimum of three people for a team. There is no maximum requirement. Not all teammates are required to participate in the actual party game challenges. Some may just be there to cheer you on and help the team win "Gran Lider" contest.
Challenges may require one, two or three members at a time to compete depending on the specific activity.
HOW MANY TEAMS WILL PARTICIPATE?
There will be a maximum of 30 teams accepted to compete in DONKEY COM challenges. Only the top six will advance to the finals. In the event of a tie, then a tie-breaker challenge will be conducted to determine the winner.
HOW DO I CREATE/JOIN A TEAM?
You will create a new Team or select an existing team when you register online and purchase your tickets. As new teams are created, we will add them to the drop-down menu within two business days. Whomever is the first person to register a team will be deemed the Team Leader. We strongly encourage a team leader to register your entire team at the same time when possible.
After 30 teams have been registered you may either opt to join an existing team with the Team Leaders permission, or simply come as a spectator.
The team with the most registered members will be named "GRAN LIDER!"
WHAT TIME WILL THE CHALLENGES START AND WHEN DOES MY TEAM NEED TO ARRIVE?
Team Leaders will receive a packet with challenge information at the time of Team check-in, which opens at 5:30 pm on the day of the event. This gives you extra time to strategize and determine which Team Member(s) will take on each challenge in the prelims. Entry gates for the event will open at 6:00 pm. No attendees will be permitted to enter the venue before 6:00 pm. All teams should be checked in and ready to compete by 6:30 pm.
Please be aware each ticket holder, regardless of type, is required check-in individually at admission gate and show a photo ID.
CAN I CHANGE MY TEAM NAME or CREATE A NEW TEAM AFTER I'VE REGISTERED?
Sorry, we are unable to change your team name or make create changes to your registration once you have completed your ticket purchase.
CAN I BE A SPECTATOR?
Absolutely! Come hang out, listen to music, and take pictures of your friends getting their game face on. You are not required to be part of a team to attend the event. You have two options:
1. Purchase a SPECTATOR ONLY ticket. You may still dress up to compete in the individual costume contest.
2. Purchase a TEAM MEMBER ticket to cheer on your teammates from the sidelines, dress up to show your team spirit in the team costume contest, and help your team win "GRAN LIDER!"
WHAT IS THE "GRAN LIDER" CONTEST?
We are so glad you asked!
Our GRAN LIDER is the team with the most registered members. The GRAN LIDER gets additional benefits leading up to the challenge and at the event, including: special recognition on social media and at the event, a GRAN LIDER tent reserved just for you, and most important...a three-point advantage going into the prelims!
The GRAN LIDER must have a minimum of 10 registered members on their team, and only on team can be awarded Gran Lider.
In the event of a tie at registration, a tie-breaker challenge will be conducted between the two teams at the start of the event to determine the winning team.
WHAT IS THE "BEST COSTUME" CONTEST?
All attendees may participate in the Best Costume Contest either as an Individual or as a Team and compete the cash prizes. We encourage our Fiesta, Stealthy Ninja Donkey theme, but it's not required. Show off your creativity and imagination. Please remember to keep it clean, appropriate, safe and fun.

HOW ARE PRIZES AWARDED?
TEAM COMPETITION prizes are awarded to the top three teams after completing the final round of challenges. The Team with the overall highest number of points will be declared first, then second and so on. Cash prizes will be presented to the registered Team Leader. It is their responsibility to determine how winnings are shared and distributed amongst their teammates.
COSTUME CONTEST prizes are awarded to the overall Best Individual and overall Best Team. Cash prizes are presented directly to the individual in that category, and to the Team Representative that entered the their team into the Best Team category. Again, it is the representatives responsibility to determine how the winnings are shared and distributed amongst their teammates that competed in the costume contest along with them.
