WHAT TIME WILL THE EGG HUNT START?
Gates open at 12:00pm and close at 6:00pm. The Easter Egg Hunt Field is open from 12:00pm to 5:30pm. We do not do a count down as the field is open for hunting at your leisure and we replenish eggs throughout the day. This allows for a less chaotic and more enjoyable event. Children may collect as many eggs as they like. They then return them to our Prize Redemption Station to receive their Easter goodie bag. This ensures every child gets the same awesome gift regardless the number of eggs they collect.
WHEN ARE PICTURES WITH THE EASTER BUNNY?
The Easter Bunny makes appearances throughout the day from 12:00pm until 5:00pm. He can be located in his special Easter Basket Chair located behind the Big Red Barn. Depending on the outside temperature, he'll spend 30-45 minutes visiting with kids and then take a quick 10-15 minute break before returning for more visits. We do not offer formal pictures by a photographer, so be sure to bring your own camera to capture a precious memory to treasure and share.
WHAT AGES MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE EGG HUNT?
Generally, children ages 2-12 participate in the egg hunt. However, older children and adults with special needs are welcome to hunt as well. We kindly ask that children only hunt one time throughout the day to ensure we have enough prize packs for all the kids.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Lucky Ladd Farms standard General Admission ticket rates and rules apply. Participation in the Easter Egg Hunt is included with your admission ticket for free. Current pricing information can be located here. Children under age two are admitted for free with a paying adult.
IS THIS EVENT INCLUDED WITH MY SEASON PASS?
Yes, admission the day of, and participation in a Easter Egg Hunt is included with your Season Pass for free. We kindly ask that children only participate in one egg hunt each season to ensure we have enough prize packs for all the kids.
WHAT IF IT IS COLD OUTSIDE, OR RAIN IS FORECAST?
Lucky Ladd Farms is almost entirely an all-outdoor venue. Tickets are non-refundable. Safety of our guests, staff, and animals are primary considerations, therefore Lucky Ladd's will occasionally close our facility due to severe weather conditions.
Operations and special event activities will go on regardless of outdoor temperatures so please dress accordingly.
The Farm remains open during periods of light rain. However, operations may be suspended if there is lightning, torrential downpours, or flooding in the area. During brief periods of inclement weather some or all activities, attractions, and rides may be shut down temporarily.
Rain checks tickets are only issued to on-site guests should it become necessary for the Farm to close early for the remainder of the day.
A weather forecast, for Lucky Ladd Farms physical location, showing a probable chance of consistently heavy rain that is 60% or greater during our scheduled hours of operation will automatically result in cancellation of activities and pre-purchased tickets for the day. (Consistently means the forecast shows a high chance of rain here at the farm for the better part of the day. This does not apply for a quick storm passing through.) Once a decision is made to cease operations for the day, we will not reopen, even if weather conditions improve later in the day.
VOUCHER COUPON CODES:
Should a decision to close be made before opening for the day then ticket holders will be issued a voucher coupon code, via the email they used to purchase their tickets, with a credit that can be used towards the purchase of tickets to visit the Farm Fun Park and Petting Zoo during normal hours of operation on an future date in the same season. Voucher coupons have expiration dates so please be sure to use them before they expire. Per the ticket processor, voucher coupons are valid for only a one-time use and cannot be split.
Additionally, closure notifications are (1) emailed to ticket-holders, (2) announced on our information hotline recording, and (3) posted on our Facebook page should cancellation of outdoor activities be necessary.
IMPORTANT: Please do not assume weather conditions at Lucky Ladd Farms are the same as your location. Decisions will be based on our physical location only.
The ticket processor allows ticket holders to create an account and reschedule their tickets to another date or time, so long as the change is done at least 24-hours before your scheduled visit and there is availability. Instructions on how to reschedule are included in the ticket purchase confirmation email. Please be aware ticket modification, including moving dates, are subject to a $10 change fee per transaction.

All sales final. Tickets are non-refundable - this includes full and partial refunds, even when ticket was not able to be redeemed, and/or for add-on activity purchases, regardless of circumstances. Purchase protection service via third-party Purchase Protection LLC is offered and recommended.
