ARE MASKS REQUIRED?
Face-coverings are no longer required. However, they are encouraged in high-traffic areas where you find yourself unable to properly maintain a safe distance from others.

Social distancing is a shared responsibility for all guests; please be courteous of others.
AM I REQUIRED TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE?
We use a timed ticketing system. This means there are a set number of tickets available each day and only a certain number of guests may enter the farm park per hour.

Discounted tickets are available online, so you will SAVE, even after online processor fees are applied.

Priority is given to online ticket purchasers. Should a time slot sell out online, then walk-up guests will have to wait until the next open time slot is available to purchase tickets at the gate. Should the entire day sell out online to full capacity, then tickets for entry will not be sold at the gate that day.

To avoid longer than average wait times at admissions, and/or the disappointment and frustration of being turned away, you should purchase your tickets online in advance. This secures your spot and guarantees your visit.

It is not uncommon for special events and peak season dates to sell out weeks in advance.
I'M A SEASON PASS MEMBER, DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE MY VISIT?
Season Pass Members are not required to reserve tickets or a check-in time online for daily visits or events covered by our standard general admission. Please have your membership card with photo ready to be scanned to expedite your entry.
HOW CROWDED WILL THE FARM BE?
With nearly 60 acres, the Farm has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh country air. However, we cannot guarantee crowd size on any given day and there will still be high-traffic areas. If you're wanting to try to avoid larger crowds then the best time to visit is late afternoon during our spring and summer seasons. Crowds are always heaviest during special events and in the month of October.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE DATE/TIME OF MY VISIT?
Ticket change requests are subject to $5.00 processing fee. No changes, vouchers, or refunds will be provided for no-shows.

You may request to change the date and time of your ticket, pending availability of new date and time. Requests must be submitted in writing to fun@luckyladdfarms.com. Same day change requests will not be honored, 24-hours notice is required. There is no guarantee of availability for changes as you are only guaranteed the date and time you reserved at time of purchase though we do our very best to accommodate you.

Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices. All tickets expire during the season they are purchased in.
IF YOU CLOSE FOR RAIN, HOW DO I RESCHEDULE?

Lucky Ladd Farms is NOT a rain-or-shine facility. Notifications regarding weather related closings are posted on our information hotline at (615) 274-3786. Please check before you come if it has recently rained or if rain is forecast for our area as the Farm is prone to flooding.

In the event we are forced to close FOR ANY REASON a ticket voucher towards a future visit will be issued. All sales final - NO refunds.

NOTE: The Farm generally remains open during periods of light rain. If only mild rain is forecast and the Farm has not closed then you should plan to come prepared with a poncho, rain jacket, and umbrella. Should it become necessary to close the Farm after your arrival due to lightening or prolonged periods of heavy downpours lasting more than 30-minutes, then each paid guest will receive a rain-check to visit the farm another day during the season at their convenience.

HOW CAN I REDEEM CONTEST TICKETS, COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS OR RAIN CHECKS?
Anyone with a contest ticket, complimentary ticket or rain check ticket should email fun@luckyladdfarms.com to request a date and time to visit.
CAN I LEAVE THE FARM AND COME BACK THE SAME DAY?
Due to timed ticket entry, we ask all guests to complete their visit before leaving the Farm Park.
ARE ANY ACTIVITIES CLOSED?
We are committed to keeping you safe and have developed increased sanitation protocols for almost all of our activities. However, the Colossal Corn Box will remain temporarily closed until fall 2021. Even with this minor change there are still 50+ activities for you to enjoy during your visit!
