- Open to K-12 teachers at public and private schools
- Schools must be located in: Rutherford, Williamson, Maury, Marshall, Bedford, Davidson, Wilson, Cannon, or Coffee counties
- Limit one entry per teacher
- Limited to first 30 entries received by September 1, 2025
- Must follow "Storybook" theme
- Decorations must be weatherproof and securely attached (TIP: Don't use hot glue, temperature fluctuations causes it to soften and decorations will fall off.)
- Backdrops/props permitted, but cannot exceed 24" in width and 30" in height
- This should be a collaborative class or extra curricular school club project
- Pumpkin Delivery: Lucky Ladd Farms will deliver a 12" foam pumpkin to the school upon request, or the teacher can arrange to pick it up between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
- Return & Setup Requirements: Teachers must personally deliver completed pumpkins to Lucky Ladd Farms by Wednesday, September 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM
- Display Location: Pumpkins will be showcased in together on a trail in a prominent location for optimal viewing
Each participating class receives one free admission ticket per student and teacher, valid to visit any day during our fall season. This provides each an opportunity to see their classroom's pumpkin creation on display and VOTE for their pumpkin to win! Maximum number of tickets provided is 40. Teacher receives tickets when they deliver the decorated pumpkin for display. Each teacher is responsible for distribution of tickets to the appropriate students. Lucky Ladd Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
By participating in the Pumpkin Trail Contest, participating teachers, students, and schools grant Lucky Ladd Farms permission to photograph, video, and share images of submitted pumpkin displays and student work for promotional and educational purposes across our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. No individual student identification will be included without separate written consent from parents/guardians.
