HOW LONG IS MY SEASON PASS GOOD FOR?
Season passes are good for the operating season they are purchased in. Passes expire on the last Saturday in October, which is generally the last day of the operating season for the year.
HOW DO I GET MY PASS?
Season passes are processed on-site. We never mail season passes. Once you purchase your season pass, either online or on-site, a member of our staff will input your information into our season pass system. At that time you will receive an email to upload a picture of each person named on the pass. If you prefer not to upload your own images, then we can take a picture of each pass member on-site at your next visit. After pictures for each guest have been added, your season passes will be emailed to you. You can either print the passes to present to our admissions cashiers at each visit, or save a digital version on your phone to present at each visit. We are no longer printing passes for guests. After receiving your passes you may visit at any time. Please visit guest services window at the Big Red Barn on your next visit to check-in with your passes or should you have any additional questions. Remember to bring your photo ID if you have not already uploaded a photo for your pass.

Please be aware processing passes can take up to 48 business hours and we cannot guarantee your passes will be available for use the same day you purchase them if bought online. If you need to use your season pass on the same day of purchase then please wait and purchase your passes on-site

CAN I USE MY PASS TO ATTEND A FIELD TRIP OR FARM TOUR?
Season pass admission is not valid towards a field trip, homeschool day, tour or group outing.
CAN I USE MY PASS TO ATTEND A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
Yes. A season pass may be used for admission to a birthday party, however, some exclusions may apply to other group outings and events.
WHY DO I HAVE TO LIST EVERYONE BY NAME ON MY PASS?
Each season pass is purchased for a specific person or set of individuals. By naming each member we are better able to protect the integrity of the season pass program and offer more benefits to our participating members.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY PASS?
Season passes are non-refundable and not transferable. It is assumed that every pass-holder will have visited often enough to recoup the cost regardless of when the pass was purchased during the season and therefore cannot be carried forward to subsequent years.
I'M PURCHASING PASSES AS A GIFT. IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL I NEED TO DO?
Lucky Ladd Farms no longer mails gift certificates. If purchasing a pass as a gift, then you may request a "eGift Certificate" be emailed to you during the check-out process. Within 72-hours of finalizing your purchase and requesting an eGift Certificate, you will receive an email with a print-at-home gift certificate. Print or email this certificate and give to your recipient.

The recipient will be emailed a picture request; or should they prefer to have their picture made on-site, then they can present their gift certificate at the Guest Services Admissions Window located at the Big Red Barn upon their first visit. They will need to present either a printed or electronic copy of the eGift Certificate along with their photo ID. The certificate has no cash value and may only be redeemed for a membership. eGift Certificates for Season Passes expire at the end of the specified season they were purchased for regardless of when they are redeemed and cannot be carried forward to subsequent years.
