USDA LICENSURE

We care about the health, safety and quality of life of our animals. As required by the United States Department of Agriculture, Marketing and Regulatory Programs, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service for Animal Care, under the Animal Welfare Act - Lucky Ladd Farms is a licensed and inspected facility as a Class C Exhibitor. License #63-C-0264.

TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT

WARNING. Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
