WHAT ABOUT MEALS AND SNACKS?
A morning snack and lunch are provided to each camper daily. Before camp starts you will be emailed the weekly lunch menu. Should your camper wish to opt out, then they will need to bring a packed lunch from home.

In the afternoon, Campers may visit the Gift Barn to purchase a special treat or snack. Campers are not permitted to visit the concession stand to place food orders.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING & WEAR?
Each child attending camp will receive their very own special edition camp t-shirt to keep.

Campers should wear their camp shirt, a hat, sunscreen and completely enclosed sneakers. Additionally, they should bring a refillable water bottle and any necessary medications. Counselors will advise parents on days to send swimsuits and towels for water play.

Additional camp shirts are available for $15 each.
WHAT IS THE FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of registration. Final payment for camp balance is due May 1.

A camper's reservation will be automatically canceled and made available to others should the balance not be paid in full by May 1st deadline. A $25 fee will be accessed on all accounts not paid in full by May 1st to reinstate registrations that missed the final payment deadline. Reinstatement subject to availability since capacity is limited.

If registration is made after the final payment date of May 1, then full payment is due at the time of registration.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR SEASON PASS MEMBERS?
Season Pass Members will receive $20 off camp fees for each registered child. The child must be named on a valid season pass which is current at the time they are attending to receive the discount.
WHAT ARE YOUR EXTENDED CARE HOURS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Morning Care is available for $75 per child with extended drop-off hours from 7:30-8:00 am. After Care is available for $75 per child with extended pick-off hours from 4:30-5:15 pm. GIFT BARN VISITS AND eGIFT CERTIFICATES
Our Gift Barn offers snacks, drinks, apparel, personal items and souvenirs for purchase. Campers visit the Gift Barn each day while they are at camp for an afternoon treat.

So that campers do not need to keep up with money at camp, eGift Cards may be used when they visit the Gift Barn. eGift Cards do not expire. If unused, they remain on the eGift Card for use at a later time. Be advised that Camp Counselors are not allowed to hold money for campers.

You may purchase eGift Cards for each individual camper by clicking here. Please put the campers name as the "Recipient Name" so we are able to easily locate the eGift Card in our system. Alternatively, upon completing your purchase will receive an email with a redemption code for your camper to use to make purchases with their eGift Card.

Parents are encouraged to print the redemption code and provide it to our staff to hold for your child on day one during check-in. Please be sure to purchase a separate card for each child if enrolling more than one in the camp program. We suggest no more than a $30 eGift Card for the week.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Lucky Ladd Farms is an outdoor venue. Safety of our campers and staff is our primary consideration. We will open camp with light rain. Should conditions turn more intense with lightening and/or heavy downpours then campers will be moved under cover or indoors if possible. We leave it up to you to decide if your child will come on days with rain in the forecast. We ask that if for any reason your child is not attending camp for the day, then email us as soon as possible. If we have to close due to severe weather, then we will call you and your child will be eligible to attend a make-up day during another week.

Camp fees are not pro-rated or refundable even for weather related closures.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD MISSES DUE TO ILLNESS?
If your child is sick, we will offer another available day or week they can come. There is no refund if there is not another day or week available.
